Children learn who they are—what they care about, how they feel, and what makes them strong. They learn how to understand their emotions, bounce back from problems, and believe that they can keep improving.

Children are encouraged to think of creative ideas and turn them into real projects. They take initiative, work with others, and keep going until their ideas make a difference.

Children become more aware of others and the world around them. They show kindness, speak up for what’s right, and make sure their actions help—not harm—their community and the planet.

At Alon Akademie, we believe that sustainable social change requires individuals with the inner capacity to act ethically, collaboratively, and courageously in the face of complexity.
We use the Inner Development Goals (IDG) as a guide to bridge the gap between what we want to achieve (SDGs) and who we need to become.
By strengthening these inner dimensions early in life, Alon builds the human foundation required for long-term progress.

Alon on Wheels
Alon on Wheels is our mobile makerspace that rolls into communities with hands-on workshops, creativity kits, and safe spaces for both children and parents. From art to entrepreneurship to wellness sessions for families, we meet them where they are—literally and emotionally.
